Kings Ridge Chard, 750 Millilitre, $27.99
To make the inaugural vintage of Kings Ridge Chardonnay, we have blended fruit from four vineyards, including some of our longest-term grower partners. These include Palestine Hill in the Southern Willamette Valley, Kraemer Farms and Bielenberg on the east side of the valley, and Witness Tree Vineyard in the Eola-Amity Hills. The portion from Witness Tree was barrel-fermented, while the rest underwent cool, slow fermentations in stainless steel to preserve aromas. The final blend preserves acidity and freshness, while the limited inclusion of oak brings a touch of richness, striking the balance that has become a hallmark of Willamette Valley Chardonnay.

Kula White Blend Table Wine, 750 Millilitre, $18.59
Maui is a white wine type of place; the heat and sunshine calls for something cold and refreshing. Easy drinking, but with interest, and very food-friendly. A partnership with growers in California, as well as our estate grown fruit come together to craft a fun “Maui Style” wine. The beauty is in the art of blending, an often-underrated aspect of the winemaking process, skilled blending is what separates a simple wine and one that is layered in personality and balanced to perfection. The ability to take attributes from different varietals and growing regions and accentuate each of them in a single wine is an art form. Kula stylistically is a young, tropical, juicy, refreshing white wine.

Layer Cake Malbec, Mendoza - Argentina, 750 Millilitre, $23.99
Big, brooding, black fruit, then rich earth, truffles and dark cocoa are at the front. The Sea of Stones vineyard is at its core, always evident with the thread of minerality that the deep alluvial cobblestones lend. This wine is elegant in the mouth with fresh-picked blackberries, simmering chocolate sauce on the stove, and somewhere someone’s cooking bacon…so many layers, so little time. Drinking a bottle of this wine will certainly lead to, well, opening another.
