By infusing the juice from this flavor powerhouse with delicate, white, Organic Kiawe Honey, Rare Hawaiian Honey has achieved the world’s first gourmet Dessert Honey! The palate’s first impression is a childhood memory of the Creamsicle®…creamy sweet tangerine-like flavor. Pair this honey with your favorite gourmet chocolate and a fine Port wine, or stir it into your tea for an instant citrus infused hot drink.
Organic Kiawe Honey with Chile Pepper, 8 Ounce, $27.99

Up to 100x hotter than a Habanero, Hawaiian Chile Peppers are sweet, salty, and savory, with an intense level of spice that lingers on the palate. Chile Infused Honey is now an established favorite condiment for pizza, but you can also drizzle it on roasted vegetables, add it to marinades, drizzle it over fried fish, calamari or chicken, whisk it into dressings, pair it with cheese, or use it as a sauce for fruit desserts.
Organic Raw Bee Pollen, 4 Ounce, $16.99
Bee Pollen is one of nature’s epic Super Foods! Bees use pollen as their only protein source; without it they cannot raise baby bees in the hive. Pollen is a popular gourmet, dietary supplement containing over 250 biologically active substances, including proteins, carbs, lipids, fatty acids, vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and antioxidants.

Health food experts believe bee pollen can help decrease inflammation, improve immunity, and accelerate wound healing, but more human trials are required to confirm this. Beyond potential health benefits, it tastes amazing! Use in smoothies, top ice cream, yogurt, salads, or sprinkle it on anything that you might garnish with nuts….and always choose Organic! Please note that although it’s not necessarily required, we do find that keeping your pollen in a cool, dry place (even in the refrigerator) helps to maintain its peak quality and freshness.
Rainbow Blossom Honey Tiki, Ohia Lehua, 9 Ounce, $9.99
Rare Hawaiian Honey Lehua Honey, 8 Ounce, $25.49
Rare Hawaiian Organic Lehua Honey is derived from nectar of the ‘Ohia tree. The ‘Ohia tree is a special, sacred hardwood tree that is endemic to Hawaii. It is the first tree to take root in the solid black lava, colonizing the lava and forging the way for other plants to follow. ‘Ohia trees have beautiful red or yellow flowers that Hawaiians gave a name of their own: Lehua, which means “Flowers sacred to the Gods.” Hawaiian legend explains that ‘Ohia and Lehua were lovers, but the Volcano Goddess, Pele, desired the handsome ‘Ohia. ‘Ohia rejected Pele’s advances, putting her in such a fury that she turned him into a tree. Lehua was so devastated by the loss of her lover that the Gods took pity on her, turning her into a flower and placing her on the ‘Ohia tree. It is said that if someone picks a Lehua flower from the ‘Ohia tree it causes rain…signifying Lehua’s tears.

The nectar from Lehua blossoms produces a beautiful honey with a smooth, creamy consistency and pearly white color. With a unique and subtle floral flavor and an earthy undertone, this raw, organic Lehua honey is truly a taste of the Island of Hawaii! Harvested in small batches only a few times a year, this variety of honey is truly a rare treat and supplies are limited.
